6. Natural Materials & Variation
Please note: Our Products are handcrafted from natural, upcycled agricultural materials. Minor variations in colour, texture, weight, firmness, aroma and finish are inherent to natural, handmade products and are not defects.
Such variations are part of the character of an eco-friendly, handcrafted item.
7. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the Products.
We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, errors in pricing or Product information, suspected fraud, or failure of payment verification.
Where we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will refund the amount in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where applicable, are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Any additional charges, such as shipping, will be shown at checkout.

Please note that certain hygiene-sensitive Products cannot be returned once used or opened, except where defective, damaged or incorrect.

Important: RestNTravel Products are wellness and comfort accessories designed to support better sleep, posture and everyday comfort.
They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Any references to Ayurvedic ingredients, such as Jatamasi, pain relief, or wellness benefits describe traditional or general comfort benefits and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have specific health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Individual results may vary. Customer testimonials reflect personal experiences and are not guarantees of specific outcomes.

All content on the Website, including the “RestNTravel” and “NatureTech SimpleInventions” names and logos, text, graphics, images, product designs, and the underlying innovations, including published patent No. 202421083350, is owned by or licensed to NatureTech SimpleInventions Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

If you submit reviews, ratings, images, comments or other content, you confirm that it is your own and lawful to share.
